real food. real life.
Very simple and great with stir fried veggies. We had this earlier this week and totally ate our 'leftovers' as dessert... oops! It was very tasty and easy to make. I tried not to add too many ingredients to it so it was simple. I'd probably add a bit more heat to it, but this is how we made it this week:
Total time: 5 minutes
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic & ginger*I always sauté my stir fry veggies in coconut oil, fresh garlic, and fresh ginger... I feel this adds to the flavour
1/2 tsp. chili pepper flakes
dash sea salt/pepper
1 tbsp. honey
What we did:
1) Whisk all ingredients together. Stirring often, heat over high heat until it starts to boil. Reduce head to low. Serve over veggies & rice!
We really cooked these things. From scratch. On weeknights. And we even had time to do the dishes.
They have real, simple ingredients that you'll find in your cupboards. They're healthy and delicious. No lies.
