Homemade Pasta (5 eggs, & not sure how much whole wheat flour made enough for 2 big plates and 2 extra meals later on this week), Spicy Sweet Tomato Sauce with Pork Sausage (Market), Peppers (Market), Dried Chili Pepper (CSA), Tomatoes (2 fresh from CSA & 2 frozen our own garden), Spinach (CSA), Fresh Homegrown Basil, Oregano, Garlic (Market), Onion (CSA), Mushrooms (Market), Balsamic Vinegar, Tomato Paste.
Truth: Life IS busy and unpredictable. And, yes, time is valuable. But what you eat can make or break it. So make it last. Make it count.
Cook. REALLY cook. Don't just tear open a package or crack open a jar. But cook - you know - mixing spices, simmering sauces, sautéing .. Yep, the real deal. It's really not that hard once you open your mind to it.
